Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Moniqo mobile application ("App") operated by Moniqo ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Moniqo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Moniqo is a personal finance management application that provides:
Moniqo is currently offered as a free application. We do not currently sell auto-renewable subscriptions, paid plans, or in-app purchases inside the App. If paid features are introduced in the future, we will update these Terms and clearly present pricing before any charge is made.
You retain ownership of all financial data and content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell your personal financial data to third parties.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality (design, text, graphics, logos), is owned by Moniqo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Financial data, budgeting summaries, and receipt analysis are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moniqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App integrates with third-party services (Firebase, Google AI, exchange rate APIs). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
